Next Meeting Welcome, Re-  Francisco welcomed everyone and asked them to Introductions and introduce/reintroduce themselves for the benefit of Announcements people new to the WAC and the college.  WAC Representative on Strategic Planning Committee – Lisa Moulds indicated that she was willing to continue serving on the Strategic Planning Committee, but also willing to step aside to let someone else have the opportunity to serve. Consensus of the committee was to have Lisa continue to serve.

Next Meeting  WAC Representative to Woodring Ad Hoc Bylaws Committee – Greg Hoffenbacker is the CDC Representative, LeAnne Robinson is the FAC Representative. Anselmo Villanueva volunteered to represent WAC. Francisco indicated that he did not anticipate that there would be a lot of work needed to revise the bylaws, but there have been a couple of suggested revisions. As provided in the bylaws, there will be a call for further suggestions for ammendments (due by Dec 31) and the committee will be commence its work

At the conclusion of the discussion, Francisco encouraged the WAC representatives to take this back to their groups and do a similar exercise with them. He reminded WAC members that each of them is a leader and steward of the vision of the college.
