Existing products or technologies to new markets are not always an easy game. It could be necessary to make changes in the product, the packaging, recipes etc. in order to meet consumer, costumer and legal requirements.

The topics below may inspire you to come up with interesting presentations about how your company deal within one of the three sessions.

Sessions: 1. Adjustments to new markets and consumers: Products and support that offer knowledge, tests and adapting of products to consumer preferences in a new market. It could be changes in flavour, colour, texture, packaging etc. Examples of suppliers to whom this session could be relevant for: Consulting and advisory companies, Analytical- and sensory testing companies, suppliers of cultures, colours and flavours, suppliers of packaging material etc.

2. Food Safety and Hygiene: Products, support and knowledge that can be relevant to use or implement in the dairies in order to meet the requirements to Foods Safety and Hygiene standards and legislation on new international markets. Examples of suppliers to whom this session could be relevant for: Consulting and advisory companies, Analytical testing companies, suppliers of cultures, colours and flavours, suppliers of packaging material, Certifying bodies, etc.

3. Competitive Technology: Products, processes and technologies that can support the entrance to a new marked with new or changed/adapted processes and technologies or a need for i.e. increased capacity, handling of more recipes, more product changeovers, more flexibility or more efficiency. Examples of suppliers to whom this session could be relevant for: Consulting and advisory companies, suppliers of ingredients, technology
