1 [1235-1] 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 A SENATE RESOLUTION 10 11 AUTHORIZING THE SOCIETY OF THE CINCINNATI OF 12 THE STATE OF SOUTH CAROLINA TO USE THE SENATE 13 CHAMBER ON SATURDAY, JUNE 24, 2006, AT 11:00 14 O’CLOCK A.M., FOR ITS ANNUAL STATE MEETING. 15 16 Be it resolved by the Senate: 17 18 That the Society of the Cincinnati is allowed to use the Senate 19 Chamber on Saturday, June 24, 2006 at 11 o’clock a.m., for its 20 annual state meeting. If the Senate is in statewide session on that 21 day, the Chamber may not be used on that day. 22 23 Be it further resolved that no expense may be charged to the 24 Society of the Cincinnati for the use of the Senate Chamber and 25 the use must be in strict accordance with the policies of the Senate. 26 ----XX---- 27
