COMMERCIAL FOOD BOOTH INFORMATION

I, We hereby agree to rent a space in the food court at the Box Butte County Fair for the period of August 10 – 13th, 2017. (These days are required but can be there longer if so desired) BBC Fair runs from Aug 7th to 13th, 2017. I, We agree to pay a flat fee of $100.00 for this privilege. Payment will be made in full to the Box Butte County Agriculture Society, address above, on or before June 15, 2017. I, We further agree to accept such space allotted by the Fair Management to be the best space possible considering the date of this agreement. I, We also agree to furnish the Agriculture Society a CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE, ONE MILLION MINIMUM. The Fair Management will grant only such privileges as are required to supply the necessary wants of the people, or add to their comfort, convenience and pleasure, but under no circumstance will privileges of a questionable nature or of a demoralizing tendency be conceded or in any manner be tolerated upon the grounds. If said is found to be true by the Fair Management, this contract will be considered void and exhibit and concessionaire will be removed from the grounds. EXHIBITORS MAY ADVERTISE AT AND DISTRIBUTE FROM THEIR SPACE ONLY!!

I f you do not have a Nebraska sales tax number; you may be required to buy one. The Food Inspector is always on the grounds one day.

This food booth will be self contained and pleasing in appearance, under no circumstance will the fair management rent space to a food booth that is not appealing, clean and an asset to the fair grounds and general public. A photo of the booth would help in determining its appearance. The food booth must have a current state permit and comply with all state food booth regulations.

The management of this booth will set it own hours to operate for said dates, and will be responsible for the trash around the food court.

Fair Management will not be responsible for theft or vandalism; however there will be a security guard on duty Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights.

Fair directors will make periodic tours of the exhibit, and your suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
