There are a variety of enrichment programs as well as supervised after school care available at Le Jardin in addition to sports programs. New activities are offered each year.

High School: Book, Speech and Debate, Band/Chorus, Environmental, Entrepreneurial Excellence, Theatre, Polynesian Club, Invisible Children, Student Government, Photography club, Hiking, Walking, Ultimate Frisbee, Speech, National Forensic League, Quiddich, Robotics, Yoga, Media, Pacific and Asian Affairs, Yearbook, Surf Team, Technology Club, National Honor Society and National Junior Honor Society, French, Spanish and Japanese Honor Society, Journalism, Arts Festival/Renaissance Faire, Amnesty International, Philosophical Society, GSA, Drama, Military History, Pacific Asian Affairs Council (PAAC), Culture and Model United Nations. Travel Trips are offered every year in Grades 6-12 to enrich classroom learning. Trips are scheduled either over spring break or during the summer. Trips are scheduled for Costa Rica, Japan, Washington D.C. and New York in 2013.

LJA participates in two different athletic leagues. Our 4th-6th graders participate in the Christian Schools Athletic League (CSAL) and our 7th- 12th graders participate in the Interscholastic League of Honolulu (ILH). Additional sports are available through participation in Pac Five. Pac Five is an athletic program that combines players from private schools on Oahu to create teams or sports that are not offered at a student’s school. Pac Five teams compete in the ILH.

CSAL Sports Middle School & High School (7-12) Boys & Girls Basketball Boys & Girls Volleyball ILH Sports Girls & Boys Volleyball Girls & Boys Water Polo Co-Ed Kayaking Girls & Boys Basketball Le Jardin Soccer Academy (LJSA) Girls Tennis Girls & Boys Soccer* LJSA is divided into two parts. We offer the Girls & Boys Swimming Academy side which is an after school training Co-Ed Golf program for kids who would like to become Co-Ed Paddling familiar with the game of soccer. The Academy is th offered to kids in Kindergarten through 6 grade *Girls & Boys Soccer is only available at the Intermediate Level, grades 7 -9 and is coached by Paco Saavedra and Shannon Pelkey who both have professional soccer experience. Sessions are offered throughout the Pac Five Athletics (7-12) year. Fall Sports The other side of LJSA is our competitive club. We currently have 7 teams in our competitive club Boys Football ranging from the ‘under 8’ (U8) team to the ‘under Boys Tennis (JV) 13’ (U13 team). The competitive club has Girls & Boys Cross Country produced several tournament and state championship teams and is considered one of the Winter Sports premier soccer clubs on the island of Oahu. Girls & Boys Soccer (JV & Varsity) Boys Tennis (Intermediate) LJSA was started in 2006 and has recently become Girls & Boys Wrestling an official “Chelsea Football Club” partnering with the Chelsea FC in London, England.
