You Will Then Be Required to Complete the Background Questionnaire

2018 Certification Information

Upon completion of your submission of a complete contracting packet, you will be sent an Agent Writing Number and Temporary Password. Use that information to log on to the Agent Portal at www.SilverScriptAgentPortal.com where you will be prompted to create a new password.

You will then be required to complete the Background Questionnaire.

There are 5 certification modules that must be completed. If you have completed AHIP of Gorman, you can transfer that credit to satisfy some of the requirements. Instructions are included in the email you receive with your Writing ID and Temporary Password.

To access the certification modules, click Access Online Training from the Agent Portal. Scroll all the way down on the home page until you see You will be taken to the certification page which should initially look like this:

Click the green and white icon to open the courses.

Click on the first course, and proceed from there. (Agents who transfer AHIP or Gorman credit will show some completions already.)

There will also be an Attestation module (no test, just an Attestation.) This should be accessible AFTER the Product and Processes course is completed.

Once all of your certifications are complete, your course list should look like this: SilverScript highly recommends downloading a pdf of each course module. This will help not only with the certification testing, but will provide valuable reference material throughout year. To access the pdfs, go to the Home Page of the agent portal, and click on Reference Materials. You will want to download the courses listed for Agents (not internals). If you scroll down on that page, you will see links for “Miscellaneous Good Stuff”, for both Agents and Members.
