Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given by the members of the Governing Board of the Sacaton School District No. 18 and to the general public, that the board will convene a Regular Session of the Governing Board meeting open to the public on Tuesday July 11, 2017 beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Board Room of the Sacaton School District Administrative Office. The Governing Board reserves the right to move into executive session for legal advice with its attorneys for any item listed on the Agenda, in person or by telephone, pursuant to A.R.S. 38431.03. A.3. Members of the Governing Board will attend either in person or by telephone conference call. A copy of the agenda background material provided to board members (with the exception of material relating to possible executive sessions) is available for public inspection at the administrative office. The agenda is available for public inspection at the administrative office and is posted on the district website, www.sacatonschools.org The official site for posting agendas of the Board, committees and subcommittees is in the display case (by the front door) of the Sacaton School District Administrative Offices. Agendas are also posted on the district website as a courtesy.

Approve the Superintendent and School Board Members and Board Secretary to attend the National Association of Federally Impacted School (NAFIS) Conferences in Washington DC on September 24-26, 2017 and March 17-20, 2018. E. Approve the Superintendent and School Board Members to attend the Native American Leadership Forum in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 11-12, 2017. F. Approve the Superintendent and School Board Members to attend the National Indian Impacted Schools Association (NIISA) Conference in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 13-15, 2017. G. Approve Superintendent, School Board Members and Board Secretary to attend the National School Board Association (NSBA) 2018 Annual Conference in San Antonio, Texas on April 6- 10, 2018. H. Approve Leslie Rychel, to attend the National Indian Education Conference in Orlando, Florida October 3-6, 2017. I. Approve Lisa Youtsey, Attendance Clerk and Patricia Harris, Special Education Administrative Assistant to attend the Edupoint 2017 National Users Conference in Anaheim, California on November 2-3, 2017. 2
J. Approve the recommendation to transfer Sherry McCain-Cole, from Teacher Aide to Teacher for the 2017-2018 School Year. K. Approve the recommendation to transfer Regina Juan, from Custodian to Teacher Aide for the 2017-2018 School Year. L. Approve recommendation to transfer Andrew Molloy and Antoinette Howser from Substitute Teachers to Teachers of the Record for the 2017-2018 School Year. M.
