It means you will not have to purchase any second party software to accept credit cards. No pcCharge, no IC Verify, everything is built into the Biztracker. This alone saves about $500.00 per store on just second party software. But it gets even better, pay only a nominal setup fee and very reasonable rates to the Credit Card processing company. Wait that's not all, during a sale the average approval time is about 2 to 4 seconds!!! 1. Right Click on any invoice screen, a short-cut menu appears with all the actions that can be taken from the invoice screen. (Can also use the Right Click key on your keyboard - you probably didn't even know you had one)

1. Fax-Check - now you can have a customer fax you a check, enter it into Nickel and then re-print it for deposit into your bank account. (Saves on Credit Card Fees) - great for internet and people who don't have a credit card or don't trust giving their credit card number out over the internet. 2. E-Mail Invoicing - If a customer has an e-mail account - you can send an invoice to him directly from the invoicing screen. Separate Invoice notes can appear on this E-mail invoice. (you must have MS-Outlook installed to use this feature) 3. Compiled and Built with the latest Microsoft developer's release. 4. Built-in bulk email to customers, can include attachments, can be filtered by e-mail types. Works with MS-Outlook. You can also do bulk e-mail to customers that bought a certain item. 5. If you keep credit card numbers on file for customers, they are now encrypted so they cannot be read from within the program (must have rights to view) or from other sources. This is a new feature required on all point of sales by Federal law. 6. We have switched to Install-Shield for our installation routine. This has become the industry standard for Windows installs. 7. When receiving inventory on a Purchase Order, if a customer has an item on Back-Order, the POS will E-mail the customer to let them know their order came in. 8. Ever wanted something else to happen when adding a customer or doing an invoice? Below is a list of these areas now open within Biztracker for doing such things. These areas will look for a custom routine using a special predefined naming convention that works OUTSIDE of the Biztracker POS. This means that if you pay for a custom routine, it will be there during any upgrade. Example, suppose you want a new item to be added to your shopping cart when you add a new item to Biztracker. When you press the SAVE button, a special routine will be found and run, this routine will do what ever it was programmed to do, in this case, update your shopping cart. See list below**. 9.
