 Provide supervision to 20 staffs  Offer proper management to the 10,000 square foot warehouse along with 8 bays as well as 4 forklifts, 2 Load All, 4 Tippers, 4 Excavators, 1 Genesis Scrap Cutter & 1 Scrap Handler.  Provide necessary scheduling for all staffs to receiving, stacking and accounting the incoming materials as well as to supply the materials in on time to production, customer’s for finished products of MS Billets.  Organize various negotiations, inventory controls as well as breakage

1996-2006: Worked as Asst. Manager – Warehouse for M/s. Delphi TVS Diesel Systems Ltd, Chennai, India with the following responsibilities:

 Provide supervision to 5 staffs.  Offer proper management to the 700 square foot warehouse to care the DTVSDS - Aftermarket Sales & Service.  Provide necessary forecasting / Plan on Sales (Yearly, Monthly & Weekly) to the plant for ease to produce to achieve the customer’s satisfaction as well as Sales Target @ 100%.

 Provide necessary scheduling for all staffs to receiving, stacking and accounting ( GRN, Pick list, Sales Invoice, Price Tags, legal forms etc., ) of incoming materials as well as in supply of materials in on time to the Group co., branches of Lucas Indian Service, Madras Auto Service, TVS & Sons, IMPAL and Sundaram Motors.  Organize various negotiations, inventory controls as well as breakage.  Provide required reports to Customers to release the payment and to issue C forms within due period.  Provide necessary supports to Aftermarket sales & service team to make satisfy the End Customer.  Provide full-proof method in spare parts packaging to minimize spurious parts availability in market.  Offer for Exhibitor.

2002-2006 – Worked as Asst. Stores Officer for M/s. ACCL, Group co., of Ashok Leyland, Chennai, India. With the following responsibilities:

 Provide necessary plan / indent to maintain minimum stock level for maintenance team to increase available time of machinery.  Offer to receiving, stacking and proper accounting the incoming materials and to supply the materials in on time to production and service provider ( Electrical, Mechanical & General Maintenance)
