Terms and Conditions Addendum: In the Nicki of Time Competition

In addition to 5FM’s standard Competition Terms and Conditions, the below conditions also apply for the In the Nicki of Time competition conducted on 5FM, from Saturday, 12 March 2016 to Friday, 18 March 2016.

a) The In the Nicki of Time competition takes place on The Weekend Breakfast, which airs from 07h00 to 10h00 on Saturday and Sunday, The Thando Thabooty Show, which airs from 10h00 to 13h00 Monday to Friday and The 5th Element, which airs from 19h00 to 22h00 Monday to Thursday. b) To enter, contestants must call the show when prompted to do so and name the 5 Nicki Minaj tracks in the montage. c) Should the caller correctly identify all 5 tracks, they will win. d) Should the caller be unable to identify all 5 tracks, the show will move on to the next caller, until they have a winner. The show reserves the right to run the competition at their discretion. e) Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. f) The prize is a Nicki Minaj Super Fan experience for the winner and partner, the prize is valued at R9 800 and includes: a. 2 x Golden Circle tickets b. Backstage tour c. A personally signed Nicki Minaj CD d. A signed piece of memorabilia e. Access to the premium cocktail lounge f. Upscale cocktail dinner g. Complimentary local bar h. Parking g) The prize does not include travel, accommodation, and anything not detailed in the prize description above. h) The winner must be able to take up the prize on the date specified by the show on which the winner wins: a. The Weekend Breakfast’s prize is only valid for the Johannesburg concert (17 or 18 March 2016 at the Ticketpro Dome) b. The 5th Element’s prize is only valid for the Durban concert (20 March 2016 at Moses Mabhida Stadium) c. The Thando Thatooby Show’s prize is only valid for the Cape Town concert (22 March 2016 at the Grand Arena, Grandwest).

For further concert restrictions, please see www.ticketpros.co.za j) The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 5FM and the promoter accept no responsibility for any variation in the value of any prize. If a prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, 5FM and the promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal value and/or specification. To the extent permitted by law: (a) 5FM and the promoter make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Prize; and (b) no compensation will be payable if, for any reason, a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. k) The winners will be announced on air during the competition moment and 5FM will contact the winners telephonically to make prize arrangements with the winners.
