NOTICE INVITING TENDER No. 03/2010

Sealed tenders are hereby invited for the following work from Contractors of appropriate class of CPWD, Railways, MES or P&T Deptt. or those who have carried out similar work in CSIR, Govt. and Semi Govt. Organizations and MNCs. Tenderers who have successfully completed at least three similar works of 40%, value or two similar work of 60% value of estimated cost in single Contract during the last five years up to 31.12.2009 may apply with proof of fulfilling above conditions along with latest ITCC, EPF No., if any, for issue of Tender Documents:-

Note:- For work at Sr. No. 1 above, (i) Tenders will be issued to manufacturer (FOSROC/SIKA/BASF) or their authorized applicators only (ii) Work will be guaranteed for performance against normal use for a period of minimum 5 years

Tender document will be issued on working days 10 am to 4 pm during schedule mentioned above on payment of Rs. 500/- in Cash or through DD in favour of Director, IMTECH, Chandigarh from the office of Controller of Administration IMTECH to only those Contractors who submit definite proof of valid registration/enlistment, ESI, EPF, PAN No., Experience from appropriate authorities which shall be to the entire satisfaction of the Competent Authority. Original documents are required to be produced for verification before issue of Tender form. NIT can also be seen on our website at www.imtech.res.in. Incomplete tender or tender without EMD will be rejected. The Director, IMTECH reserves the right to accept or reject full or part of all tenders without assigning any reasons thereof.
