RULES: 1) Contestant must be a resident of Putnam County 2) Winners must make at least one personal appearance during their reign 3) Winners must make scheduled appearances during the fair AWARDS: One winner in each age group will receive a crown, trophy, banner and gift. Two runners-up will receive a trophy and banner. All contestants will receive a participation ribbon. NOTE: Please meet at the Amphitheater on the Fairgrounds on Friday, July 1 th at 6:30 p.m. for briefing of rules and rehearsal. Everyone must pay regular admission to the fair on day of contests.
