Manager Internal Audit

We are looking for someone who can provide leadership to the Internal Audit Team and manage compliance, SOX, and audit-related activities.

Roles and Responsibilities:  Ensure SOX compliance activities are planned and executed efficiently and timely by the SOX lead  Provide periodic management updates on SOX program progress and issues encountered  Ensure federal and state healthcare disclosure filings (Sunshine Act and related filings) compiled by the disclosure compliance lead are complete, accurate, and timely  Provide analysis of disclosure-related data to management  Support various ad hoc disclosure-related initiatives, such as system and process enhancements  Lead or participate in the scoping, planning, and execution of operational audits; prepare and review audit reports; prepare and present relevant value-added data analysis to management  Support the Director, Internal Audit in annual and fraud risk assessments, as well as annual audit plan and budgeting activities Skill/Job Requirements:  5+ years of applicable Finance/Accounting/Compliance experience with at least 2 years in public accounting  2+ years in supervisory or audit management  Comprehensive understanding of GAAP & SOX requirements  Professional Certification such as (CPA, CIA, CFE, etc.) required  BA in Finance/Accounting, or related discipline  Excellent written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills  Results oriented with strong attention to detail, time management, and project delivery  Effective multi-tasking and ability to work under pressure  Clear track record of excellence in project management  Flexible, adaptable and strong team player We are an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled employer
