VENDOR APPLICATION 26th Annual Lauderdale County Tomato Festival July 10 & 11, 2009 – Ripley City Park Opening Ceremonies: Friday, July 10th @ 10 a.m. Friday: 9:00 a.m. - Midnight / Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - Midnight

ENTRY DEADLINE: JULY 3, 2009 (No refunds after this date)

ENTRY FEES: for (1) 15’ x 15’ Space All vendors must fit into (1) 15’ x 15’ space. If more space is required, another space must be purchased.

BOOTH SPACE: * For Profit Organization: 1-2 days - flat fee of $75.00 * Not-For-Profit Organization: 1-2 days - flat fee of $50.00 (Includes Civic/School/Church/Fraternal Booths)

Please list ALL SPECIFIC ITEMS being sold from your booth/trailer. This will enable the festival committee to avoid overbooking similar vendors. **We have exclusive rights to all FROZEN DRINKS, SMOOTHIES, ETC. You MAY NOT sell any of these. If caught, you will be asked to leave.

ELECTRICITY? Yes No (We supply 110 volts @ 15 amps GFI per vendor) * There will be a charge of $25.00 per outlet used for electricity.

** IF YOU REQUIRE 220 VOLTS, YOU MUST FURNISH YOUR OWN GENERATOR. **

Set-Up Time Begins: July 9th, Thursday afternoon after 6p.m. - Booth assignments will not be given prior to your arrival downtown. - Volunteers will be at the Chamber booth to help you find your booth location.

Soft Drinks: Burks Beverage, L. P. (P.O. Box 687, Dyersburg, TN 38025) has exclusive pouring rights to the 2009 Tomato Festival and exclusive sales all flavors to all concessionaires, including civic organizations and outside concessionaires. Fountain drink canisters will also be available in the event that a vendor needs fountain drinks. Personnel will be available during the festival.

A HEALTH PERMIT MUST BE PURCHASED (from Ripley Health Dept. Inspector) upon arrival and setup by all food concession stand participants and/or any organization selling food at their booth. This fee is separate and in addition to space rental. (for additional information call 731-635-4661).

Park Location & Address: 200 Mary Roberts Drive, Ripley, TN 38063 (731-635-4645) Going North from Memphis on Hwy 51 (approximately 50 miles) - Turn right on Kellar Lane, (1) block past Hwy. 19 East Exit. Going South from Dyersburg on Hwy 51 (approximately 25 miles) - Turn left on Kellar Lane, (street right before Ripley Elementary School). Going West from Brownsville on Hwy 19 (approximately 20 miles) - Turn right on Hwy. 51 By-Pass. Take 1st right, Kellar Lane.

Please sign the following agreement: I AGREE THAT THE LAUDERDALE CHAMBER/ECD AND/OR THE CITY OF RIPLEY IS NO WAY RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ACCIDENT OR INJURY. I RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS THE SPONSORS, OFFICIALS AND THE CITY OF RIPLEY FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS FOR INJURY OR LOSS RESULTING IN MY PARTICIPATION IN THE 26TH ANNUAL LAUDERDALE COUNTY TOMATO FESTIVAL.
