1 of 2 Mtg - Item Discussion / Action Item Responsibility Deadline 006-001 Refined conceptual designs of both the building and landscape were presented. Discussion followed both presentations – design team to incorporate feedback. 006-002 Kurt Trester presented schedule of upcoming milestones to keep project on track. Schedule is as follows: 6/14/13: Present Conceptual Design & Site Specfic Ed Specs to BEX Oversight Committee 6/20/13: Present Conceptual Design & Site Specfic Ed Specs to SPS Ops Committee 7/3/13: Intro Conceptual Design & Site Specfic Ed Specs to SPS School Board 8/21/13: SPS School Board Approval

SDAT approved & supports the current conceptual design in preparation for committee and school board approval. 006-003 Landmark nomination process was explained to the SDAT. The nomination hearing will most likely be in August. KT will inform SDAT members when the hearing will be once it has been confirmed. 006-004 Eco-Charrette will occur week of 6/10/13. SDAT members are encouraged to attend. KT will send out invites once meeting time and date has been confirmed. UPDATE: Post SDAT #6 Workshop. Eco-Charrette wil be week of 6/17/13. 006-005 Design team will present schematic design to SDAT on 7/25/13. Presentation of updated to the community will occur 1st week of August. Time & date TBD.
