Business Law Ms. Wagemaker CRHS Assignment: Keyboarding/Business Etiquette Comic ****************************************************************************** Background: For the past few weeks, you’ve been working on your keyboarding skills to improve your speed and your accuracy. These skills will help you when you eventually become part of the business world
Directions: Using Comic Life, prepare a 1-2 page comic strip that informs and entertains the viewer about keyboarding and/or etiquette in the business world.
Format/Requirements:
Be Creative and Colorful! Your comic should use a variety of appropriate fonts, graphics and photos Your comic should “tell a story” A catchy title should be included somewhere in the beginning of your comic Spelling, punctuation, choice of images and language should be accurate and appropriate
Submission:
When your comic is complete, it will need to be saved as a JPEG so you can email it to Ms. Wagemaker.
To save your comic as a JPEG:
1. In Comic Life, select File, Export. 2. When prompted change the type from BITMAP to JPEG 3. You will then be asked for a file name for your file. Save it as ‘Keyboarding Comic’ 4. Email the jpeg file you just created to Ms. Wagemaker at [email protected]
Evaluation: Your work will be evaluated using the rubric on the opposite side of this paper. Please fill out your name, date and give yourself a grade for each category. Hand in the completed rubric when you submit your work.
