1. Registration will available through the National FCCLA Affiliation site. Registration dates will be announced as they become available. https://affiliation.registermychapter.com/fccla#

2. National competitors will be listed within your chapter’s information site. Select the tab “Meetings and Events” to register these students.

3. There will be no State Registration fee this year. Georgia FCCLA and the Georgia FCCLA Foundation are pleased to support NLC Competitors with the following:

 STAR Events Competitors - $110.00  Online STAR Events Competitors - $70.00

4. Please review and complete the bottom portion of this document. Completed forms will only be accepted via email. Please send all voucher requests to [email protected] no later than April 18, 2015. In the email subject line, please include your school’s name. All vouchers for your chapter should be sent in one email. Failure to send in voucher requests according to these guidelines will result in a delay of payment.

5. All voucher payments will be sent to the chapter upon submission of the form. All National Leadership Conference payments will need to be submitted to National FCCLA.

6. If your student does not wish to participate and compete at the NLC, please notify the state office at [email protected] by April 18,, 2015. The undersigned certify that the state winner ______will be attending the National Leadership Conference and competing in the National STAR Events Competition. The total amount provided will be used for National Conference purposes only. By signing below, all parties certify that in the case the state winner does not attend National Leadership Conference, the total amount provided by Georgia FCCLA and the Georgia FCCLA Foundation will be fully refunded to the Georgia FCCLA office within 30 days of the receipt.
