Meeting agenda: League Updates SL – Joe Ford is providing report on finals weekend. FL discussion - league formats, coordinators PD Report Action Items review Finance Report Taxes for 2012 update Clubhouse lease ● Report on SL o Issues Chamine noted. Captains are to be notified. o Volunteers list was sent to coordinator and he will contact them ASAP. o Food: No pizza. More items for grill. Will need Volunteers to cover grill. ▪ Fruit and pretzels for Saturday. o Other: Horns and Security have been obtained. There will be no DJ and limited trainer access. ▪ Photo booth was discussed but the limited time was noted. o Trash clean up on Tuesday. o Looking forward to next year: ▪ Move UHle to weds? To prevent back to back games FSPL ▪ Watch out for rain outs (leave sometime for extra time). ▪ (There was some discussion about fair playing time in play-offs) ▪ Wait list needs to “re-up” to ensure fill in for last 1/3 of the year ● Fall League Discussion: o City: ▪ 3 leagues: Restricted and unrestricted core and a hat league ▪ (Captians Gifts were discussed as a cash discount) ▪ A survey was suggested ▪ Coordinators: CV = Hat , Bulb = Restricted Core, a search for Unrestricted Core. ● Tentative dates: Hat = Monday’s, Restricted = Wednesday’s, ● Unrestricted Tuesday/Thursday? ▪ Shirts were agreed on for Unrestricted and Hat (CCU and SJ figure their own thing out. o CCU is priced 50 w/o shirts 60 w shirts ● Finical report : o 16k in Checking o 114k in paypal ● Team up dates: o Green team: ▪ Worked with GMG and Hypnotoad ● Talks of having goats eat poison ivy? ▪ When summer is over need to get to field maintenance – ● revamped gravel curb for water run off? ● Calendaring: o Final Hat Tournament - Mid Sept. (Coincide with Finale Green Day0 o Kit-Kat in early October

● Ideas were discussed for getting more inform from members who will not be returning next year (KM, JK, LT) o Pick up has died. Relook at in spring. 2nd Sunday. (consider making them coincide with spring clinics??)
