Bathroom Choices Urinal or Toilet

When I have to go to the bathroom and have the choice of peeing in a urinal or peeing in a toilet, I prefer to pee in a urinal.

Sometimes, when I need to go to the bathroom, there will only be a toilet for me to use. All bathrooms have toilets, but only some bathrooms have a urinal.

When I am in a bathroom that only has a toilet, it’s OK, because I still have choices!

I can pee standing up, facing the back of the toilet, OR I can sit down on the toilet seat to pee.

When I stand at the stool to pee, first I will lift the toilet seat up and rest it against the back (tank) of the toilet.

Next, I will unfasten my pants so I can pull them down. I will also pull my underwear down so that it won’t get wet when I pee.

I will stand close to the toilet so that my stream of pee will go into the water in the toilet bowl and not on the floor or wall.

I will guide my stream of pee, using my hand.

When I am finished peeing, I will gently shake any remaining drips of pee off of my penis.

I will put the seat of the toilet back down and flush one time.

I will step back from the toilet bowl (1 step) and pull up my underwear and pants.

I will fasten my pants and then go to the sink to wash my hands with soap.

Then I will rinse and dry my hands.

Now, I am ready to leave the bathroom. It is OK to pee standing up at the stool, if there is not a urinal for me to use.

When I sit on the toilet to pee, I will unfasten my pants, pull down my pants, and then pull down my underwear.

I will carefully sit down on the toilet seat, towards the back of the ring, and use my hand to guide my penis inside the bowl, pointed down, towards the water in the toilet.

I will always remember to keep my penis pointed toward the water in the toilet bowl when I am sitting on the toilet because pee only belongs in the toilet. If I forget to hold my penis down, I might get pee on my pants, underwear, socks, shoes, the floor, or the wall.

Having pee on my clothes, on the floor, or wall, is not a good thing. Pee belongs in the toilet.

When I am finished peeing, I will gently shake the end of my penis to make sure all the pee is off.

I will stand up and step away from the toilet (1 or 2 steps).

I will pull up my underwear and then pull up my pants.

I will fasten my pants and then turn around to flush the toilet 1 time.

At the sink I will rub my hands with soap and then rinse the soap off. I will dry my hands on a towel.

Now I am finished peeing and ready to leave the bathroom!

It is great to have choices. When I am in a bathroom that has a urinal, I will choose to use the urinal to pee. Some bathrooms do not have a urinal, it’s OK, I have choices.

I can pee standing up at a toilet, or I can sit on the toilet to pee.

It is nice to have choices in the bathroom. I will make sure that I only pee in a toilet or a urinal because I know that that is where pee belongs.
