SAN DIEGO (Sept. 7, 2011) – Offered in conjunction with the 3rd Annual San Diego Beer Week, Loews Coronado Bay Resort is pleased to celebrate San Diego’s thriving craft beer culture with special beer maker dinners and wheat-infused spa services.
Beer Maker Dinners Similar to a winemaker dinner, Mistral will welcome San Diego’s top breweries to expertly pair Chef Patrick Ponsaty’s award-winning modern French cuisine will select craft beers. Schedule includes:
Saturday, November 5- Mistral welcomes Stone Brewing Co. Friday, November 11- Mistral welcomes Karl Strauss Brewing Company Saturday, November 12- Mistral welcomes Mission Brewery
Each dinner will feature a different four-course menu with paired beer by the guest brewery. In addition, diners will have the opportunity to learn more about each evening’s featured brewery while admiring Mistral’s breathtaking views of the Coronado Bay and sparkling San Diego skyline.
