Weiler Start-Up Policy

Weiler is implementing guidelines surrounding our current product line start-up procedures. Our intent is to assist dealerships in growing their CAT Global Paving line of business supported by the Weiler line of products. Start-ups are defined as the first use of a retailed or rented unit as well as first use for demonstration purposes. Required personnel on start-ups of Weiler products:

. Paving Specialist or Sales Representative

Recommended personnel for start-ups

. Service technician

. Training coordinator

. Demo operator

. Sales representatives

. Weiler will start all units because in our experience these are critical to the long term success of the unit.

. Detailed instructions of start-up operation procedures will be posted on the website

. Weiler will start two units per dealership

. Weiler will train at start-up of first two units designated dealership personnel

. Weiler will start additional units at a dealer cost of $2750.00 per day.

Guidelines for start-up preparation:

. Prefer start up training not require Sunday travel unless absolutely necessary

. Understanding of job specifications ie.

. Desired tonnage/ plant output

. Material type
