CALLING ALL SUPPORTERS OF THE CHS THEATER GUILD Chelmsford Theater Arts Parent (CTAP) is a group of adults who help support the CHS Theater Guild. We help with ticket sales, concessions and fundraising efforts as well as hosting the Massachusetts Educational Theater Guild Festival. Our first meeting of the 2013/2014 season is planned for Monday, 9/16 at 7pm in LH2. We have a lot to plan as the first event this year is a fund-raising dinner theater event. We'll be catering "The Wedding Party" on Friday, 10/18 and Saturday, 10/19 and we will need to coordinate the preparation and serving the meal for two shows. Please contact Kate Conran [email protected] 978-244-1244 with any questions. Hope to see you on Monday 9/16 at 7pm in LH2. Many hands make light work.
