CENTENNIAL MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, Sterling, CO., 2005 – 2007 FINAL POSITION: Program Manager, Elbert and Lincoln County:  Manage Clinical Mental Health services for Elbert and Lincoln Counties including: o Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, Group Therapy, Play Therapy, In-Home Counseling services, Mental Health Assessments, and Mentoring Programs.  Triage mental health referrals to ensure clinical and contractual thresholds are met  Supervise clinical staff members to support their professional development and augment their ability to respond to the needs of diverse clients.  Collaborate with referral sources and community partnerships to develop and implement mental health services responsive to the needs of the community.

FINAL POSITION: Cultural Etiquette Liaison Responsibilities:  Manage and support the cultural competence initiative and Cultural Etiquette Committee for Centennial Mental Health Center’s 10 county/12 office catchment area.
