Johns Hopkins Hospital Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation Employee Exit Interview Survey

The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation are striving to improve its human resource practices and striving to make the Hospital a better place to work. To that end, the Department of Human Resources would like to have the comments of outgoing employees. The purpose of conducting this survey is to help identify ways of improving our organization’s climate, management and conditions of employment as well as serving as a method of monitoring how we are doing as an employer. Your participation and feedback is valuable and important in helping us achieve these goals.

Completion of this survey is voluntary. All surveys are anonymous and will be destroyed after the information is entered into a database. Please be assured that:

 The people who conduct the exit interview and those who review your completed survey will take your feedback seriously and will try to use it to improve Human Resource Management and the work environment at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and Johns Hopkins Health System Corporation.

 Your feedback will remain confidential.

Employees leaving the Hospital may make use of several exit interview methods. Outgoing staff may:
