Hi Everyone and welcome to the June rally, please be patient the groups are all getting reassessed for the July rally we just have to wait for everyone to pay and confirm their return before they can get re-sorted. We are trying a new system if you name is in bold it may mean that you are not riding at this particular rally, or you are only doing half a day, or on vets advice you are only allowed to do one discipline, so before you worry about the size of your group look how many bold names you have in it. Of course this only works if people continue to notify me on [email protected] or 0419 351198 if they know advance.
Also, what ever lesson your child starts the day in, it is your responsibility to help set it up, and it works just as well at the end of the day up help pack it up you last lesson of the day. This applies to the ménage groups too. Our club has heaps of equipment, it is no fun in the shed, get it out there and use it!! Obviously xc your lucky there is no set up, but if you see someone that needs a hand jump in. A huge thankyou to all those volunteers at out Dressage & Showjumping Day. You were all fantastic, what a successful day.

Uniform News Please see Sharon Fox for any uniforms. Uniforms can be purchased at lunch time and after the rally on pony club rally days. Please note that it is very difficult to gear check, set up for the rally and supervise your child as well as sell uniforms prior to and during the lessons so please arrange any uniform purchases at lunch or after the rally. Thanks for understanding.
Coloring competition *********DUE THIS RALLY****** The coloring competition will be decided this rally. Please find a sheet at the clubrooms, there are 3 different ones available depending on your age. Prizes for each age group. Please hand in at the June rally, we will display them for the day and announce the winners at muster.
Canteen and Cleaning Roster Please note that if you are not attending rally on your allocated roster day, please arrange with another family to swap. DO NOT CALL COMMITTEE THIS IS PART OF YOUR SIGN UP AGREEMENT AT THE CLUB TO HELP.

The Cleaning roster is important as part of our agreement with the other clubs. We are required to clean after all our rallies. The cleaning only takes approximately 15 minutes if everyone does their share (sweep & mop floors, clean toilets - all cleaning equipment is located in cleaning room behind first aid room). The canteen needs helpers to operate and prepare the food so please help in the canteen on your allocated roster day. Thanks. Please place your lunch orders by 11 am to ensure enough food is available for all. Orders can be picked up between 12:15 & 12.30.

FEES Are due July rally. $180. Please either have a cheque or correct cash and place it into a named envelope. Jenny will receipt them and receipts will be available at lunch time.
Those members that have not paid their PCAV Insurance of $80, your memberships will be cease after the June rally and you will be unable to ride at any further rallies.

-5 - Best news of all is that we have been successful in gaining another grant this is through VicHealth for $2500.00 (Active Club Grant). We will be ordering another ‘Jump for Joy’ jump which we hope will be ready for the Dressage & Showjumping Day.
