These children have blessed her 39 with numerous grandchildren, greatgrandchildren, and 40 greatgreatgrandchildren; and 41

[5399] 2 1 Whereas, Mrs. Moultrie was employed as a cook with the 2 Georgetown County Board of Education at Howard High School, 3 and she worked as a housekeeper; and 4 5 Whereas, she is a faithful member of the House of Prayer of the 6 Church of God in Christ Jesus in the North Santee Community, 7 where she serves on the Mothers Board and has been honored as 8 the church’s Mother of the Year; and 9 10 Whereas, a humble, generous, and compassionate woman, Mrs. 11 Moultrie enjoys cultivating her vegetable and flower garden, and 12 she loves to attend church, travel, and shop; and 13 14 Whereas, the members of the South Carolina House of 15 Representatives are pleased to honor this daughter of South 16 Carolina at the celebration of her eightieth birthday and join with 17 her family and friends in congratulating her on reaching this 18 extraordinary milestone. Now, therefore, 19 20 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives: 21 22 That the members of the South Carolina House of Representatives, 23 by this resolution, congratulate Phenie Bell Grayson Moultrie of 24 Georgetown County, on the occasion of her eightieth birthday, and 25 wish her a joyous birthday celebration and many years of 26 continued health and happiness. 27 28 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be provided to 29 Phenie Bell Grayson Moultrie. 30 XX 31
