Description Originator: Name of the ENV Coordinator or the FMP if concerning temporary changes to sector configurations or activations.
Addressees to: NM/AD Team.
Date of Submission: Self explanatory.
Changes are effective from: Should be an AIRAC date if 350 Sector Configurations already exist or if new sectors are involved.
Airspace Identification: ATC Unit Airspace.
Sector Configuration Identification: The operational Sector Configuration Identification shall be filled (naming convention is CNFnn where nn gives an indication on the number of sectors used in the configuration).
Sector Configuration Components: The identification of all elementary ATC- Sectors and all collapsed ATC-Sectors shall be filled in. It is mandatory that the complete ATC Unit Airspace is covered. It is not allowed to have gaps or overlaps in the airspace.
Sector Configuration Activation Table: It is required to fill in the WEF Date (with effect from date) and the UNT Date (until date), the days of the week (1 = Monday, 7 = Sunday, 0 = Not used during this day) and the time periods (hours/minutes) when this Sector Configuration is active. Time overlaps are not allowed.
