Centers (small group, fine motor/art) Decorate own shell Star fish cut out, stampers, sprinkle sand, glitter Fish cut out, cover with glue, tear paper, tissue paper, glitter etc. put in large paper bag and shake to stick to fish Make large mural—everyone makes one fish (pattern book page 25)—cover with blue saran wrap to appear as underwater scene Staple 2 pieces of paper together, draw a door, cut the door so it will open, cut out pictures from magazine or draw, what goes in your house, bring back to group to discuss what goes in the house

Blue Jell-O—put Swedish fish in Jell-O Shark fruit snacks Pretzel stick, dip in PB, put on gold fish to PB (going fishing) Long pretzel stick, attach licorice, worm at end to go fishing

Decorate a large fridge box (related to Read Aloud Anthology)—use chalk or crayons— each day decorate it to be something different (house, bus, cave etc.)
