PUBLIC COMMENTS

1. Discussion on consideration of an ordinance to create a Class R plus SS and OC liquor license for Chubby’s Incorporated. This ordinance had first reading last Monday night and further discussion is planned.

2. Discussion on awarding the bid for the Western Avenue paving project to Gunther/ UCM in the amount of $732,792.10 and the engineering services agreement with Maurer-Stutz in the amount of $72,660.00 with a not to exceed amount of $80,000.00. Attached are two memos from Interim PW Director Cox regarding both of these items for your review. Discussion is planned.

3. Discussion on the bids received for IT services for the City of Macomb. Attached is a memo from CA Torreson for your review. Discussion is planned.

4. Discussion on the format for interviewing engineering firms for the Request for Qualifications. Attached is a memo from CA Torreson for your review. Discussion is planned.

5. Review of the preliminary FY17-18 budget for the City of Macomb.

6. Other business.
