Agenda Item Discussion Action Points Person Responsible 1. Review minutes The participants were welcomed by the co-lead and everyone and action points had introduced themselves. Significant information was shared from 01 Nov by the co-lead and the agenda items were distributed as well. meeting The focus was on 16 Days of Activism in the previous week.

1 2. Trainings Reference was made to the training material developed by Sarah GBVSC co-leads Spencer and the plan devised by Devanna. Bilquis explained about the trainings at the part of UNIFEM. She told that 2 ½ day training would be based on GBV and 2 ½ day training would be on facilitation, communication, etc. There would be practiced sessions and a group of people would be doing the mentoring of the trainers.

STP shared their interventions in 8 flood affected Districts by establishing Women Facilitation centers. STP offered to facilitate GBV process in DIKHAN.

Other issued reported from the field, is the lack of information on GBV in communities, cases have been reported on sexual violence and harassment, lack of available services, remains an issue. We are encouraging data collection and reporting systems

3 in the provincial subclusters to have a better understanding on the trends.

5. Upcoming How to move for GBV assessment. Strategy for Next FPAP suggested FGT’s. The co-lead suggested that the need is Year : for more presence on the ground for next year and comparison should be made of different districts for early recovery.
