Subject: - GRADE- WISE MINIMUM INDICATIVE PRICES FOR TOBACCO CROP 2016.

The undersigned is directed to refer to the meetings of the Prices and Grade Revision Committee and to convey the notification of grade-wise Minimum Indicative Prices (MIP) of various types of tobacco for implementation during marketing of tobacco crop in 2016.

2. All tobacco companies, dealers, mandiwalas & agents etc are advised to strictly follow the grade-wise MIPs while purchasing/buying tobacco crop 2016. Please ensure that the notification is conspicuously displayed at all purchase depots, buying courts & Mandies etc to facilitate rules based marketing of tobacco.
