Column Description Comments A AGCO S.A. part number. F Cumulative figures 1st line: receipts since January 1st 2nd line: returned since January 1st Important: qty returned is not deducted from cumulative receipt. 3rd line: qty in Quality Alert. This is not a cumulative figure, it is the situation as of last MRP run and shows qty blocked for Quality reason. G/H/I For each reference, it is shown the last 3 deliveries from Suppliers, taken into account in our last MRP. J/K They describe AGCO S.A. purchase engagement IMPORTANT: It is not an authorization for the 3 categories of inventory that may exist in to ship for the Supplier. Supplier location (FIN = as finish good inventory – WIP = as work in process – RWMT = as raw material).
Section I.2 - How to confirm delivery “MANDATORY USAGE”
Supplier must confirm delivery. Two selections are possible:
By selecting option A, the column “promised delivery” will be automatically updated by copying quantity specified in “balance to deliver” column. By selecting option B, same as above with possibility to modify quantity. If selected, Supplier will have to supply to his AGCO S.A. contact a delivery plan for the outstanding quantity.
Section I.3 - Schedule comparison tool
SUPPLIER can look at schedule evolution between schedules. References must be selected, all or some specifics, and finally select schedules to be compared. In the above example, we can select 1 or more references and 2 or more schedules to compare between each other. To make schedules appear, click on black arrow on the right side
