1. WHO WE ARE? TVT INNOVATION is a non-profit organization, created in 1988 by territorial institutions, entrepreneurs and academics of Var Department, nowadays well known from local to international levels, thanks to its presence within numerous networks (PACA Innovation, RETIS, EBN, IASP, Réseau CURIE, ANRT Europe…) and the accompaniment of innovative projects.

Its ambition is to organize a privileged environment for the accompaniment of the companies and technological valorization in the Var Department, but also in the whole Area Provence Alpes Côte d'Azur. As local structure, TVT Innovation aims to support enterprises, technology valorisation, innovating and collaborative projects.

With 280 members composed of local authorities, companies, laboratories, and research centres, TVT INNOVATION:  is a technopole labeled by the French network RETIS  is a BIC (Business Innovation Center) labeled by EBN (European BIC Network)  is an active member of the Regional Network of Innovation (PACA Innovation),  works in close cooperation with pre-incubators (Incubateur PACA Est & Incubateur Belle de Mai),  runs 2 business incubators Cre@TVT: one dedicated to digital SMEs, an other one generalist,  runs a living lab presently labeled "La Cantine by TVT Innovation" as a member of the French Cantines' network,  hosts and co-animates the corporate sector of digital businesses, 43.117  manages and animates the Var Business Angels network, VBA  runs and animates regional projects on the Economic Intelligence and International points of view,  is developing softlanding

1  assures the management of the research contracts for the South University of Toulon Var,  runs and is used to several kind of EU projects, as the leader and the partner of different European projects (FP, CIP, Life +, MED programme...),  is the governance structure, runs and animates the PACA Sea Innovation & Business Cluster (labeled worldwide competitiveness Cluster),

2. PROJECT DESCRIPTION 2.1 OBJECTIVES/OUTLINES TVT Innovation already manages a digital network with publishers, providers and so on and, on the other hand, runs a business angels network connected to the regional and national networks of business angels. The increasing development of websites with relevant information and selected data need to seek innovative business models. On the other way, Business Angels need to know what kind of business models could give them a vision of the relevant economic market(s).

Our project aims to create a network of existing business angels for innovative business models, according to information and data contents publishing. Moreover, it intends to develop relationship between publishers, providers and business angels in order to develop relevant economic market(s) to publish information.
