The following document will indicate what table product values in new model are stored on. Will compare the tool to the data model

Initial screen upon initiating application.

After starting the NEW PRODUCT task, the NEW PRODUCT form is displayed for entry of an NDC. Once the NDC is found, the details are displayed to the user for confirmation.

By entering the NDC, product tool calls PHA_GET_REFDATA to get the default values from Multum. Given different database indicator, PHA_GET_REFDATA calls PHA_GET_MULTUM and PHA_GET_REDBOOK accordingly.

New field on Med_dispense. Infinite_div_ind = i2. If the Infinite_div_ind is checked, then set the Base_issue_factor to 0.001. (This field is set internally, and not displayed to the user. If this is checked, then disable the Min div factor). If the Infinite_div_ind not checked, then the user will enter the Base_issue_factor. This field has a lower limit of 0.001. Update Base_issue_factor on Med_dispense table. Dispense Factor: Dispense Factor should not be restricted according to the Dispense Qty Unit. It should always calculate, and always be available for the user to enter. Inventory Tab

Update reusable_ind on Med_dispense.

Clinical Tab

The CLINICAL Tab allows entry of Order Catalog related fields (Generic Formulation, Generic Cross Reference, Days for DC Interacation, Days to Display DC Information), as well as Therapeutic Class and Order Alerts. Add “Show All” check box for Therapeutic Classes.
