NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING BEFORE THE INFRASTRUCTURE INVESTMENT COMMITTEE

Public Notice is hereby given in accordance with Title 29, Section 10004 of the Delaware Code, that the Infrastructure Investment Committee (the “Committee), established pursuant to Section 39 (b)(1) of Senate Bill 130, the Fiscal Year 2012 Bond and Capital Improvements Act, will conduct a public meeting on Thursday, April 26, 2012 at 11:30 A.M. in the large Conference Room of the Delaware Economic Development Office, 99 Kings Highway in Dover, Delaware 19901, with respect to the matters described below. The public is invited to attend and participate in the meeting. In advance of the meeting, additional information concerning the matters to be considered at the meeting may be obtained from, and written comments may be submitted to, the Committee in care of the Delaware Economic Development Office, 99 Kings Highway, Dover, Delaware 19901, (302) 739-4271. The agenda for the meeting, which is subject to change, is as follows:

1. 1743 Holdings, LLC (Science & Technology Park); Public Sponsor is the University of Delaware: Funds will be used for infrastructure needs at the Science and Technology Park located in Newark, Delaware (the “Project”). To transfer the obligation from the Delaware Strategic Fund to the Delaware New Jobs Infrastructure Fund.

2. Wesley College, Inc. (Streetscape Project); Public Sponsor is the City of Dover: Funds will be used for infrastructure needs for the streetscape project located in Dover, Delaware (the “Project”).

3. IPR International (Carrier Hotel Project); Public Sponsor is the City of Wilmington: Funds will be used for infrastructure needs for the IT/Broadband project located in Wilmington, Delaware (the “Project”).

4. Greater Dover Committee (Kent County Regional Sports Complex Project); Public Sponsor is Kent County: Funds will be used for infrastructure needs for the Regional Sports Complex project located in Kent County, Delaware (the “Project”).

5. Garrison Energy Center, LLC (Electric Generating Station Project); Public Sponsor is the City of Dover: Funds will be used for infrastructure needs for the Electric Generating Station project located in Dover, Delaware (the “Project”).
