Internists, surgeons, and other interested physicians are encouraged to attend. Educational Objectives: At the conclusion of this activity, participants should be able to:  Describe the current status of 3D echocardiography (TTE, TEE, ICE)  Explain 3D modalities (real time, wide angle mode, gated acquisition) and list strengths and weakness of each  Explain the role of 3D cardiac applications for estimating LV volume and LVEF and how it compares to other methods (CMR)  Describe the pivotal role of 3D cardiac applications in structural heart disease and percutaneous transcatheter therapies  List current challenges for routine implementation in clinical practice Case Review: Please feel welcome to bring informal cases either on videotape or CD, even if they are not edited, particularly if they are likely to generate discussion.
