Subject Line: Motionwear NuOrder – Easier than ever!

It’s here, NOW! Your new portal to see, shop and buy everything Motionwear.

Introducing NuOrder – the apparel industry leading B2B (business to business) ordering tool. NuOrder works on desk and laptops, tablets, Apple, Microsoft, Android, phones. Anywhere you are with web access, you have NuOrder.

It’s easy to get on board. Try it out and even place an order.

Below are very simple starter instructions and tips. You will receive in a couple days a video with screen shots and voice over explaining this all in more detail.

To start: use browsers Chrome (PC) or Safari (MAC). This is important. This is a powerful tool and does not render as well in Firefox and worse in Internet Explorer.

SIGNON AND CREATE PASSWORD:

Click on this link, or copy and paste to your browser: www.Nuorder.com/motionwear 1. Enter your email address (use the email address you are using to view this correspondence) 2. Click the “forgot password” text below the LOG IN button.

3. Click the RESET PASSWORD button ***If you need to set up an account using a different email address other than the one you used to receive this document, please contact your Motionwear Rep or Motionwear Customer Service Department.

When you receive your “reset password” email from “Hello via NuOrder”. Use the link in the email to reset your password and immediately create a password of your choice. READY TO BROWSE PRODUCTS and ADD TO SHOPPING BAG:

Once all logged in, when app opens, click on picture or anywhere on screen to get started.

Be patient when it loads; it’s bringing all the catalogs and styles into the work zone. This could take 30 seconds or more. Having a newer device with adequate (+2GB) RAM (memory) is helpful to make this faster. It’s loading when logo is spinning and there is some flashing around the edges.

Motionwear catalogs are called linesheets in NuOrder. When logged in you see linesheets now on left side of your screen. All of the catalogs you need are there: basics and fashion.

Clicking the three bar button at top left brings a menu bar at left you can explore later.

Select any linesheet by clicking. All products for that linesheet are on the left. Click on an image to view/order it. On the right is where you select and enter what you want. To make it easy to find what you want (7113 for example), use Control F on keyboard (find command) and a find box pops up on your browser, where you can type style number in. Click on an image to get a high definition view. Most images have front and back views too.

READY TO CREATE AN ORDER:

Creating an order is easy. Select your style, color and quantity and add to your shopping bag (black order button top right). To finalize your order, click the shopping bag in the upper right corner of your screen. You can either save as draft (lower left corner) or submit NOW by clicking the SUBMIT ORDER at bottom right. It’s that easy to get started.

NEED ASSISTANCE:

Your Motionwear Representative has been using NuOrder since January. They are all excited to help you learn and use this. In fact, they are required to help you enter an order when they see you in the next few weeks. Please have an order at least $100 ready to enter for your next appointment. If your first NuOrder placed (with rep or before) is over $200, you get free shipping on that order.
