2. Allan . 30 members of staff working with children from 7 up to 20 years McManus old. . Sports Science, nutrition, Goal Keeping . Try to be as self-sufficient as possible, but funds always tight. . Want to help us as well as us help them . Members welcome to attend Ralston any time, especially during the day. . Some great players in under 20’s but also lots in the younger age group. . Have a day release school scheme for 14 and 15 year olds for really promising players. . We can help by promoting fixtures, tweets, Facebook messages etc. . Hope to have a regular slot in magazine . Bringing in a new analyst soon . SMil updated on provision of Coaches Eye for all coaches and explained how it will work for all ages of players. Thanks go to SMil for negotiating to get this free from TechSmith. . Suggestion that we run a golf day to raise funds for the academy. Academy can support us through their database of parents as well as helping with publicising . Looking for new equipment and will supply a list of what they need. 3. Action . 5. Club Update . JD – strip to be launched in Paisley next week. . Car parking – not been the best even though it has been a good deal. Looking to see if we can move to another area that St Mirren own. Issues that have come to light were discussed and TF will address them. . QoS game – North stand will be used by boys clubs, schools etc giving free tickets. . U20s – really good to see how well they played this week especially against a premier team. . Players – Quinn – still a bit away, McAlister has problem with groin, has played 45 mins but had to come off, Morgan back playing again. There was no follow up bid for Mallan from Dundee. . Club policy is now to keep young players and build around them. . Fans Council – Discussed issues raised about comments on social media. All Fans Council members are reminded of the code of conduct which applies to comments made verbally or in writing no matter where. This includes personal social media accounts. At no point should the good name of the Council, the Club be brought into disrepute.

9. 1877 Club – . Discussion Points confirmation of o AW/JA/EC meet to progress and are addressing issues handover raised on social media. o Only had 2 members have left. o 15 members on waiting list have been invited to join. o More seats/stools have been purchased. o Sound has been fixed for the big screen. o Members using club are happy with it at present. o Club gets £1200 per month in fees. . Points Agreed o Will monitor footfall over next few matches. o Survey will be conducted at QoS game to see what they think. . Action Points o Club Committee to take forward

10 AOB. . Update on drop in profit for scratch cards due to not being able to sell them in hospitality. . GR has offered to donate karaoke and DJ equipment for the clubs use. . SMur/SMil to meet with CK to discuss how we can work together to meet the targets set by the club within next month. . Use of west stand for away supporters which reduces the facilities for the much larger amount of home fans – club have a plan. . Academy Dinner – suggested that we take a table. EC will put message out. . Tribute night – subcommittee to meet . Query on behalf of one fan as to why he was banned. TF explained reasons and confirmed that these fans should contact police about this. . Parachute regiment – cannot do event again as we are away on Remembrance Day. Agreed to organise a Forces Day to use the empty stand. . Winners of last season’s scratch cards for a signed shirt – we only have 3 left and 5 winners so 2 winners will be invited to launch of new strips for photo shoot with PDE and players. The others will get shirts. . Discussion on Supporters Liaison Officer – to be discussed further at next meeting. . AGM should be held in Supporters Club
