Geology Goals and Objectives

Geology Goals and Objectives

Essential question

How is understanding geology important to our understanding of the Earth’s past? How is understanding geology important to our lives, our health, our families and our future well-being?

Goals and objectives

The goals and objectives are what we want to accomplish in this unit. By accomplishing them we will have a better understanding of the importance geology has on our lives. We may start out thinking all we are going to talk about is rocks and minerals but really geology plays a much bigger role in our lives then we originally might think about. I have listed the objectives for the overall unit of geology but this really will cover several weeks of this year. I am giving you the checklist for the first part of the geology unit
