The 2012 ' Service First Automotive Centers ' Humanitarian Scholarship

The Service First Automotive Centers Humanitarian Scholarship was created to recognize senior students who have made an impact in their community, school, or in the lives of others.

The scholarship is open to all graduating seniors of Klein Collins High School with a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 who plan to attend an accredited institution of higher learning including a college, university, junior/community college, trade or technical school. The scholarship award(s) will range from $1,000- $5,000.

Application Instructions: 1. Complete this application and essay. 2. Attach a copy of your unofficial transcript. I• 3. Return your completed application, essay, and transcript to Mrs. Wendt in the Counseling Office by Tuesday, May 1, 2015

The scholarship recipient will be notified by May 15. He/she will be recognized at the J Senior Awards Ceremony in May. The scholarship check will be given directly to the recipient after proof of enrollment at the institution of higher learning is presented to the scholarship committee and verified.
