SC GP 98-002 (SC Department of Health and Environmental Control) (Revised) Statewide general permit for installation of utility lines including but not limited to phone, power, cable, television, natural gas and water sewer by directional boring.

SC GP 95-001 (Greenwood County) (Revised) General permit for construction, repair and maintenance of private non-commercial piers, docks, boat ramps, marine railways for dry storage, bulkheads, retainer and riprap for erosion control, and minor non-mechanical excavation by owners adjacent to the waters of Lake Greenwood in Greenwood, Laurens, and Newberry Counties, South Carolina.

SC GP 80-14-001 (S.C. Electric & Gas Company and Land Owners adjacent to Lake Murray) (Revised) General permit for construction, repair and maintenance of private non-commercial piers, docks, boat ramps, marine railways for dry storage, bulkheads, riprap and bio-engineering for erosion control, heat exchange coils for heat pumps and minor excavation by lake front property owners adjacent to the waters of Lake Murray in Richland, Lexington, Saluda and Newberry Counties in South Carolina.

SC GP 97-001 (S.C. Public Service Authority - Santee Cooper) (Revised) General Permit for construction in Navigable Waters, as amended, to include the construction, repair and maintenance of private noncommercial piers, docks, boat ramps, moorings, boathouses, boatlifts, marine railways bulkheads, riprap and bio-engineering for erosion control by property owners adjacent to the waters of Lake Marion and Lake Moultrie.

SC GP 2003-001 (Progress Energy Co., Inc. and Lake View Property Owners adjacent to Lake Robinson in Darlington & Chesterfield Counties) (Revised) General Permit for construction, repair and maintenance of private noncommercial piers, docks, boatlifts, boat houses/slips, bulkheads, riprap and bio-engineering for erosion control and heat exchange coils for heat pumps by property owners adjacent to the waters of Lake Robinson in Darlington and Chesterfield Counties.

SC GP 2009-001 (General Public) (Revised) General Permit for authorization, subject to the general and special conditions contained herein, activities that are subject to permitting by the US Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) and quality for nationwide permits (NWP) issued by the Corps where such activities have been certified by the Department in accordance with Section 401 of the Clean Water Act and are in accordance with all conditions pursuant to the certification. Some NWP contained herein are subject to Section 10 navigable waters only and the 401 Certification is not applicable.
