Numbers in all tables, as well as in the text should be written with a decimal dot. Tables have to be centred, numbered continuously, and referenced in the text. Please, use caption format as given here. Feel free to use cross-referencing feature of your typewriting software. Tables should not be wider than the margins of the paper. Leave an empty line before and after each table.
