Minutes of meeting of the NZTYA Council held at Tauranga Yacht Club Saturday 5th July 2003

Present : Nigel lancaster. Michael Coupe. Lee Jordan. John Olds. David Hillier. Brad Scott.

Minutes of the Council meeting held 4 July 2003 were accepted as true and correct.

Medals for Championships : Agreed that the correct number of medals be supplied engraved for the NZTYA Champs to be held in Timaru plus and extra set be ordered for the North Island Champs.

Cheque signatories. Agreed that the signatories to the NZTYA Cheque account be. Nigel Lancatsre. David Hillier, Lee Jordan. any two to sign.

Executive: It was agreed that the executive would consist of the President. Nth Is Vice Pres. Secretary. Treasurer & Technical Officer.

Executive meetings : 6th August . 8th October.

Council meeting: 4th December
