Item Action/Comment - Communication – Facebook issues Site now functional and people are able to join - Update from the SNAG – MW - Additional question about delivery entered. - Survey ready to go out next week – needs - Sue to ask Les if we could slip paper copies into adapting and circulating for non-parent the next Crier community – last additions? - Mike to adapt the survey for non-school folks - Canalside visit – NOT Sat 4th Oct – rearrange - 18th Oct - TBC (not 11th Oct or 9th Nov) - We will need to chip into the work morning at 11am in return for some staff time at 1pm - Happy with co-op model? - New group members supportive of the model. - Start veg box co-op through school. Sign up - Profit share agreed to start on an equal split, to half terms worth, payment being used to one third to each benefactor. Unlikely to be buy veg, sorted at school and picked up each profit for a long while but it is a good selling week. point, need to ensure growing costs are covered - Decide percentages of profit – split between first. Review this share once a profit is coming in grower, school and community. or when one party wants to review it. - When to start?
