Ancient Texans and Native Americans

Create a colorful full-page advertisement, with illustrations, for the product. 25 Create a Power Point presentation to share Top Ten Interesting Facts about Native American customs in Texas. 25 Native Americans used a form of picture writing called pictographs. Write a short story (3-4 sentences) with colorful pictograph symbols.  Begin each sentence on a new line on unlined paper  Under each pictograph line (or on the back), write the English version of each sentence.  If you create a new symbol, create a key.  Include a geometric border around the edge of your paper. 25 Create a Venn diagram to compare and contrast the life of ancient Texans to your own life. Use unlined paper and include colorful illustrations. 25 Research the types of foods eaten by Native Americans. Create a recipe card for a dish that may have been eaten in Texas.  Name the dish  List ingredients  Write (list) directions 25 Research Native American homes and make (or draw) a crosscut model of a Native American teepee.
