Ambassador Council Application

The ASCSI Ambassador Council serves a very important role in student recruitment activities and public relations at the College of Southern Idaho. As an Ambassador, you are responsible for providing campus tours for prospective students, assisting with various on-campus and off-campus events, attending college and career fairs, and promoting the College of Southern Idaho. Ambassadors play an integral part in welcoming students to our campus and serve as a liaison between the college and community.

ASCSI Ambassador Council members are required to attend orientation meetings, training workshops, weekly meetings and fulfill all requirements assigned to them throughout the semester. Each member must sign a contract and adhere to Ambassador Council guidelines. Ambassadors are expected to spend an average of 50 hours a semester conducting tours, participating in approved events and doing community service as determined by the Ambassador Council.

Ambassador applications are due no later than August 26th by 5:00 pm in the Student Activities office. All applicants will be scheduled for an interview on August 29th and August 30th. To the interview, please bring your class schedule and your work schedule. If you have any questions please contact:

Ambassador Director: Jake Cook at (208)695-9303 or [email protected]
