Teams will meet at Burkhart Insurance (parking lot) at 9:00 a.m. to pick up trash bags and get assignment. All trash collected should be dropped off at: Burkhart Insurance 16 N. First St. Vincennes, IN By 12:00 p.m.

INFO SHEET ON CITY CLEAN-UP *Clean up the streets of Vincennes and earn money for your favorite Non-Profit Organization through a donation from Burkhart Insurance Agency.

*The goal is to contribute $250 for your non-profit organization.

*Each bag will be worth $10 to the non-profit organization of the group/individuals choice.

* If a group or individual makes a request for a specific street that they would like to work we can list that when they call in otherwise the streets will be assigned when they pick up the bags. We just need to make sure that we don’t duplicate any streets.

*This event will take place on Sat. May 6th from 9-12pm.

*Deadline to sign up is April 28th. You may contact the Chamber of Commerce office at 812-882-6440 or Burkhart Insurance, 812-882-3600 to sign up and be assigned a designated clean up location.

*Each group will need to have a designated person to pick up the trash bags which will be available at Burkhart Insurance, located at 16 N First St. on the day of the clean-up. This person will also be responsible for dropping off the filled bags by noon, to be counted to determine the amount that will be sent to your favorite non- profit organization.

*Checks will be given at the Chamber Bandwagon Lunch to be held on May 24th at the Food Court of the Student Union located on the campus of Vincennes University. This event will take place at noon. If you are unable to attend, checks will be mailed to your non-profit organization.
