 MURADABADI GANG OF DESPERATE ROBBERS ARRESTED  COMMIT ROBBERIES WHILE MOVING ONE CITY TO ANOTHER IN QUICK SCCESSION  ONE COUNTRY MADE PISTOL AND TWO PACKS OF MIRCHI POWDER RECOVERED  FIVE CASES INCLUDING FOUR OF DELHI AND ONE OF HARYANA SOLVED

With the arrest of (1) Davender @ Munshi aged 30 years s/o Rcameshwar r/o Adrash Colony, Near PAC Camp, Muradabad, UP; (2) Parminder @ P.K. aged 33 years s/o Sudarshan r/o Adrash Colony, Near PAC Camp, Muradabad, UP; (3) Sandeep @ Tony @ Rahul aged 24 years s/o Sanwal r/o Adrash Colony, Near PAC Camp, Muradabad, UP; (4) Visheshwar @ Kalwa aged 52 years s/o Vishamber r/o Adrash Colony, Near PAC Camp, Muradabad, UP and (5) Daleep @ Gholu @ Shashi aged 35 years s/o Kishan r/o Adrash Colony, Near PAC Camp, Muradabad, UP, Crime Branch has busted a Muradabad gang of desperate robbers. One country made pistol, two packs of mirchi powder and one rope have been recovered from their possession.

INFORMATION & OPERATION On 20.07.12, a secret information was received by Ct. Sunil Kumar of SIT/Crime that some desperate robbers of Muradabadi gang would come near Japani Park, Rohini, Delhi and they are involved in a number of robbery and snatching incidents. Acting upon this information, a team consisting of Inspr. Satya Prakash, ASI Baljit, ASI Ramesh, HC Jitender, Ct. Sunil, Ct. Pardeep, Ct. Amit, Ct. Rampal and Ct. Jagbir under the supervision of Addl. DCP Shri Joy Tirkey was constituted to develop further information.

The police team laid a trap around Japani Park, Rohini and at about 12:40 PM, five persons came there on two motorcycles and assembled near Gate No.3, Japani Park and started planning to commit dacoity at the nearby banks with the persons who would come out after withdrawing cash. After getting confirmation about their plan, the team apprehended all the five assailants. They were identified as (1) Davender @ Munshi; (2) Parminder @ P.K.; (3) Sandeep @ Tony @ Rahul; (4) Visheshwar @ Kalwa and (5) Daleep @ Gholu @ Shashi, all resident of Muradabad, UP. One country made pistol, two packs of mirchi powder and one rope were recovered from their possession. Accordingly, a case FIR No. 198/12 dated 20.07.12 u/s 399/402 IPC & 25 Arms Act was registered at PS Crime Branch and investigation was taken up.

INVESTIGATION & INTERROGATION All the accused persons were subjected to sustained interrogation in which they disclosed that they all belong to Muradabad, UP and commit robberies in area of UP, Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan and Gujarat. They lead a gypsy life while they commit robberies moving from one city to another in quick succession. The route they usually follow was : Muradabad → Ghaziabad → Rohtak → Bhiwani → Hissar → Hanumangarh → Bhatinda → Jalandhar and back via the same route. They used to travel on two wheelers and used their vehicles to flee from the spot after committing robberies. They stay in a particular city for 4-5 days depending on the booty they collected from the robbery incidents. Two motorcycles which they used in the commission of crime, have also been seized.

PRESS RELEASE Blind murder of a young person solved by Bhalswa Dairy Police

With the arrest of two persons namely Manoj @ Bhola s/o Sh Tej Pal r/o Jhuggy No. CN/202, Basand Dada Patil Nagar, BNhalswa Dairy, Delhi aged 22 yrs and Dara s/o Sh. Uttam Chand r/o Jhuggy No. CN/837, Basand Dada Patil Nagar, Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi,(Aged 42 yrs) The North West District Police has solved the brutal murder case of a young person aged 30 yrs.

INCIDENT:-

On 15.7.2012 an information was received from PCR at 7a.m. that a dead body is lying near Govt. Nursery, Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi. On reaching the spot a male dead body aged about 30 yrs was found on service road of Ganda Nala B. Dairy, Delhi with its head smashed with pool of blood on the spot. Lateron, the deceased was identified as Sushil @ Tudu s/o Sh. Krishan Pal r/o A-707, Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi a History Sheeter of P.S Bhalswa Dairy, Delhi., No eye witness or any clue to the incident was found on the spot. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 112/12 u/s 302 IPC was registered and investigation was taken up. The deceased Sushil @ Tudu was an active criminal having 8 criminal involvements (robbery and hurt) of different police stations of North ,Outer and North west Distt. The family of the deceased was not residing with him. He used to work with a property dealer in Burari Area. He was habitual of drinking and then creating nuisance. He was also having enmity with some local residents due to his arrogant , abusive and violent behavior. On the day of incident i.e. intervening night of 14/15-7-2012 he was roaming under drunken condition and was abusing and threatening one Manoj @ Bhola outside his house. Manoj @ Bhola kept mum at that time and followed him after his friend Dara has come. Both of them chased the deceased towards Govt. Nursery near service road Ganda Nala B. Dairy. They had decided to eliminate him and settle the score once for all. Thus they overpowered and hit him with stones on his head killing him then and there. Both the assailants threw the weapon of offence (Stones ) in Ganda Nala and fled away from the spot.

TEAM: -

To nab the culprits a team consisting of Inspr. Ajay Kumar singh, Inspr. / ATO, SI Kamlesh Kumar, HC Parvin Kumar, Ct. Sanjit and Ct. Arvind Kumar was constituted under the supervision of Inspr. Ram Pal Singh, SHO PS B. Dairy and under over all supervision of Sh. Virender Singh ACP Jahangir Puri, Delhi and sources were deployed. After interrogating several persons the said team was successful in arresting the assaillants within a week of the incident.

INTERROGATION:-

On sustained interrogation of the suspects, both the accused persons Manoj @ Bhola and Dara confessed to have committed the murder of Sushil @ Tudu. They have also confessed that Bhola’s brother Harish who is also a criminal was having enimity with the deceased as the deceased used to rebuke him often whenever he visited their locality. Manoj @ Bhola in association with Dara chased Sushil @ Tudu and murdered him. Both the accused persons also got recovered the weapon of offence, two blood stained stones and their blood stained clothes.

PRESS RELEASE PROCLAIMED OFFENDERS HELD

One Proclaimed Offender Namely Jai Kishan S/o Bihari Lal R/o N-17A/264, Pattharwala Bagh, J.J. Colony, Delhi Age-48 years, has been arrested by staff of P.S. Bharat Nagar. He was not appearing in the Court for trial of case registered vide FIR No. 609/99 U/S 379/411 IPC,P.S. Ashok Vihar, Delhi for the last three years.

He was declared P.O. by the Rohini Court Delhi on 06/08/2009. Accused Jai Kishan is also a B.C. of P.S. Bharat Nagar and was running absent since 15/12/2004. The SHO Bharat Nagar had deployed HC Shamsher Singh and Ct. Kuldeep Singh to check his previous involvements from the Court and came to know that accused Jai Kishan was also declared P.O. in above mentioned case and they came to know that accused Jai Kishan is presently residing at W.Z.196, 80 yards , Tilak Nagar, New Delhi. Accused Jai Kishan has been arrested by the above said Police Personnel on 20/07/2012 by putting sincere efforts on specific inputs.

 AUTO LIFTER ARRESTED  SEVEN STOLEN M/CYCLE RECOVERED  THREE PERSONS ARRESTED With the arrest of three persons South East Distt., has busted a gang of Auto lifter who have stolen several bikes from Delhi and NCR region and seven stolen M/Cycles has been recovered from them. On 16.07.12 the team of P.S. Okhla Indl. Area comprising of SI Praveen Kumar, HC Parminder Singh, HC Sant Ram and Ct.Virender received a tip about two persons coming to the area on stolen bike. The information was verified and developed further under the supervision of ACP Kalkjai Dr. Rajeev Sharma and Insp. Pradeep Kumar SHO/OIA.

A trap was laid on which two persons namely Narender S/o Rajbir Singh R/o Vill.Meerpur, P.S. Surir, Distt. Mathura U.P. and Neeraj S/o Narain R/o Vill. Sikander Pur, P.S. Surir, Distt. Mathura U.P. were apprehended on a M/Cycle bearing Registration No. DL-3SAT-4769, Hero Handa Glamour, which was found stolen from the area of P.S.Govindpuri New Delhi. They were produced before the court and granted police custody remand.

The accused persons were interrogated and on sustained interrogation they confessed their involvement in several cases of M/Cycle theft in the area of Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad and Noida. Police team was immediately dispatched to Distt. Mathura U.P. and in the subsequent raids the police recovered six more vehicles on 20.07.2012 at the instance of accused persons which were all connected with the various cases.

MODUS OPERANDI

The modus operandi of the gang was that the use to come to Delhi in different groups. One group use to target the vehicle to be stolen while the other group use to commit the actual theft and other member use to fined the buyer for the stolen vehicle.

MISSING GIRL RECOVERED AFTER 2 YEARS

South District Police recovered one minor girl aged 5 years (now 7 years) from Village Jahidpur, PO Nayabazar, PS Kotwali, Distt Bhadoi (UP) who was kidnapped 2 years ago from the area of PS Malviya Nagar in mysterious circumstances.

INCIDENT & INVESTIGATION :

Complainant Jamila Khatoon w/o Sh Akhtar Alam R/o E-12/104 Hauz Rani New Delhi, aged 29 years reported that she works as a domestic maid in the several Kothis and her daughter aged 5 ½ years had gone to play in the park opposite her house at around 2 PM. She went missing under mysterious circumstances, she searched for her till late evening. On the complaint of Jamila Khatun, a case FIR No 369/10 u/s 363 IPC dt 01/09/10 was registered at PS Malviya Nagar. Initially, the investigation was taken up by local Police of PS Malviya Nagar and during the course of investigation, the local police sent W.T Message and also got the photograph of the girl flashed in the Doordarshan. Apart from that, the detailed information was given to NCRB, CRO and Missing Person Squad. The local police also pasted the ‘Hue and Cry’ Notice of the girl carrying the photograph of the missing girl, at conspicuous places in the local vicinity and adjoining area of police station. Wide publicity was given through the local Masjids during the Friday prayers, but no clue could be found. The photographs alongwith the details of the girl were published in the leading Newspapers of English and Hindi edition i.e. Hindustan Times & Dainik Jagaran. The particulars of the girl were also uploaded immediately on the ZIPNET alongwith the Photograph of the girl child. Since, the matter involved missing of a child under 8 years of age, thus the investigation of the case was transferred to Anti Human Trafficking Unit, South Distt.

RECOVERY OF GIRL

The case was transferred to AHTU and senior officers were asking to keep a track of cases where child was still missing so that they can be traced and restored to their parents. On 18/07/12 one young person Ubaidur Rehman S/o Mohd Ayub Ansari who is now residing in Khirki Extn contacted local beat constable Vinod Tiwari, regarding a photograph of a girl who was found in a village in Bhadoi. The Constable brought him to Police Station Malviya Nagar. The above mentioned Ubaidur Rehman was carrying photograph of one girl aged around 7 years, in his mobile, which was taken in his village. He showed the photograph to local police at Police Station Malviya Nagar and police enquired about other details from Ubaidur Rehman. He informed the police that his father had met his old friend Surender Nath Yadav, Pradhan of Zahidpur Village, Bhadoi (UP), a day before and discussed about one little girl who was left behind by someone in the market (Naya Bazar) and the girl was telling her name as Neelu and giving her mother’s name as Jamila Khatoon. She also mentioned about her house in Khirki, when the local people enquired about her place of residence. On this, Mohd Ayub Ansari said that his son is staying in Delhi, so he will ask him to take the photograph and enquire from local police station so that the girl can be restored to her parents. After getting these details, local police checked the record and found that one girl Neelu Khatoon is missing since 31/10/2010 and they downloaded the photograph of the child from ZIPNET. On comparing the same with the photograph in the mobile, lot of similarities in features were found matching. Besides that the name of the girl and her mother’s name were also matching. On this SHO Malviya Nagar, directed Inspector Investigation Kuldeep Singh to take along beat Head Constable HC Giriraj No 683/SD & Ct Sanjay Kumar No 1689/SD to trace the girl’s parents immediately. On enquiry, it was found that they have left the address sometime back and now residing somewhere near Khirki Extn. The vigorous efforts of the Beat Constables paid rich dividends, when they managed to trace the parents of the girl, who are residing presently at new address i.e. S-23 Khirki Extn Malviya Nagar New Delhi. The father of the girl Akhtar Alam is working as a small time labour contractor. They were immediately brought to the Police station and showed the photograph of the girl, her mother said that she is looking somewhat similar to her daughter. Thereafter a police team alongwith parents of the girl was sent to Distt Bhadoi at Zahidpur Village, where the minor girl was found recovered as abandoned. The local police reached Distt Bhadoi on 19/07/12 and found the girl in safe and sound health. The girl immediately recognized by her parents and they were absolutely delighted to get their daughter "just before Holy Ramzan- a gift from Alah". Thereafter, police team made local enquiries and found that one Rajender of the nearby area of village Zahidpur had kidnapped this minor girl about 2 years back and was keeping the girl with him. When this girl was found crying in the market as abandoned. She was taken around by the villagers in a frantic effort to restore the child to her parents but, nobody claimed the custody of the girl. Local villagers including Gram Pradhan made best efforts to trace the parents of the girl and eventually the humane approach and sincerity of the villagers resulted in restoring the girl to her parents, which has established a milestone in the chapter of humanity by setting up an example of restoring a Minor Muslim Girl to her parents safely, just prior to the beginning of the Holy Ramzan time. It was also found that the girl was fostered by a lady called Shakuntala who reared the girl with love. It was also found that he was often seen begging around Saket, Khirki Extn, Lado Sarai & Adhchini Red Light point areas. The local police brought the girl to Delhi on 20/07/12 and produced her before the CWC after getting her medical examination done. Further proceedings related to the investigation are in progress and efforts are afoot to apprehend the criminal to probe the involvement of alleged person in kidnapping of other minor girls.
