Ancient Practice – New Data! Explore the Wonders and Health Benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong! - Candace Elliott, FNP-BC, ACNP- BC, PMN-BC, SEP Come learn about the proven health benefits and experience the wonders of Tai Chi and Qigong! Please wear comfortable exercise clothing (pants are suggested) and shoes that are smooth on the bottom. No high heels, stilettos or loose sandals please! You will not need a mat and there will be no floor work. Note: Please take either the Thursday workshop OR the Friday breakout session. The didactic portion will be the same and you will only be able to receive CE credit for ONE SESSION, not both.

Orthopedics Workshop – Strains, Sprains, Aches and Pains - Jim Delaney, MS, PA-C Come learn the techniques of examining joints for the most common orthopedic problems patients have. Learn what to look for, what to order and how to treat these issues. This hands-on orthopedic workshop will be taught by our long-time colleague Jim Delaney, PA, whose expertise in Orthopedics will help you make the most out of your patient visit.

Wound Care - Nancy Broderick, DNP, FNP-C, CWOCN This is a three hour workshop presented by our own Kaiser Permanente Wound Expert. Dr. Nancy Broderick will give an update on pressure ulcer and venous/arterial wound evaluation and treatment. She will review the new wound evaluation guidelines, wound treatment, including the latest wound products available.
