Pasta & Ravioli Bar $8.95 / per person (50 guest minimum) Assorted European style ravioli (filled with seafood, duxelles of mushrooms, ricotta cheese, potato, broccoli or carrots) and your choice of pastas. Served with a variety of sauces. Choice of 1 ravioli and 2 pastas with 3 sauces. A chef will be required for each group of 50 guests.
Soft Tacos $6.95 / per person (50 guest minimum) Corn and flour tortillas filled with chopped grilled chicken or beef, served traditional style with cilantro and onions. Additional toppings available: cheese, salsa, sour cream, lettuce and jalapenos. A chef will be required for each group of 50 guests.
Chips & Salsa $48.50/ serves 50 people Assorted crisp corn chips served with your choice of Salsa Rojo, Pico de Gallo, fresh melon salsa or fresh pineapple salsa.
Nacho Bar $6.95 / per person (50 guest minimum) Red, gold and blue tortilla chips served with variety of toppings: Ground Beef Refried Beans Nacho Cheese Green Salsa Black Olives Sour Cream Fresh Cilantro Red Salsa Jalapenos Scallions Tomatoes
Traditional Quesadilla Bar $6.95 / per person (50 guest minimum) Flour tortillas served with choices of confetti cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa verde and pico de gallo salsa. A chef will be required for each group of 50 guests.
Gourmet Quesadilla Bar $7.95 / per person (50 guest minimum) Traditional Quesadilla Bar and a choice of 2 of the following topping combinations: Smoked Gouda & barbecue chicken, Brie cheese with cranberry & pear chutney or Cambazola cheese & Asian pears and roasted walnuts. A chef will be required for each group of 50 guests.
Crostini Display $2.95 / per person (50 guest minimum) Toasted sourdough and French rounds served with the following delectable toppings: Spinach & Feta, Spring Tomato Salad and Tapenade. (2 pcs. per person)
